本系自即日起徵儲備兼任老師。只要是碩士或博士學歷者皆可填寫個人資料，具教師資格證書者或週五整天能授課者優先考量。如本系有兼任老師職缺時，將從中挑選面試。

From now, the Department of English recruits reserve part-time teachers. Anyone who has a master or doctoral degree can submit their personal datas, and those with teacher qualification certificate or those who can teach on Fridays are preferred. If there are vacancies of part-time teachers, we will select candidates for interview.

有意應徵者，請先來信到tflx@oa.tku.edu.tw信箱索取聘任系統網址。以下是必須上傳的資料：

The applicants must send an E-mail to tflx@oa.tku.edu.tw to request the system website first. The following are the materials that must be uploaded.

　　(一)請詳填所有資料，包含個人基本資料與學經歷。

　　(1) Please fill in all information, including basic personal datas and academic experiences.

　　(二)必須上傳之相關學經歷證件電子檔如下：

　　(2) The electronic files of relevant academic experience certificates that the school stipulates to be uploaded are as follows:

　　　　１、具有中華民國教育部核發之教師資格證書者（非他校之聘函）：

　　　　A. Those WITH a teacher qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Education of the R.O.C.(not a contract from another school)

　　　　　　（１）請上傳教師資格證書掃瞄檔（PDF格式）。

　　　　　　(A) Please upload the scanned file of teacher qualification certificate.(PDF format)

　　　　　　（２）請上傳碩士或博士學位證書（可免驗證）掃瞄檔（PDF格式）。

　　　　　　(B) Please upload the scanned file of master or doctoral degree certificate.(PDF format)

　　　　　　（３）如非中華民國國籍者，請上傳居留證正、反面掃瞄檔與護照掃瞄檔。

　　　　　　(C) If you are not a citizen of the R.O.C., please upload the scanned file of the both sides of the ARC and the scanned file of the passport.(PDF format)

　　　　２、未具有中華民國教育部核發之教師資格證書者（非他校之聘函）：

　　　　B. Those WITHOUT a teacher qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Education of the R.O.C.(not a contract from another school)

　　　　　　（１）上傳碩士或博士學位證書掃瞄檔（PDF格式）。（如為國外學歷者，所有相關文件須經中華民國駐外館處驗證）

　　　　　　(A) Upload the scanned file of master or doctoral degree certificate(PDF format). (For those with foreign master or doctoral degree, all relevant documents must be verified by the R.O.C. embassy abroad.)

　　　　　　（２）上傳碩士或博士學歷成績單掃瞄檔（PDF格式）：如為國外學歷者，成績單須經中華民國駐外館處驗證。若學校無提供成績單，請提供修業期間該校歷年行事曆或由修業學校之教務單位出具修業期間之證明文件且須送中華民國駐外館處驗證。

　　　　　　(B) Upload scanned file of master or doctoral degree transcript(PDF format): For those with foreign master or doctoral degree, the transcript must be verified by the R.O.C. embassy abroad. If the school does not provide transcripts, please provide the calendar of the school during the study period or the proof document of the study period issued by the academic unit of the school and the calendar or the proof document must be sent to the overseas embassy of the R.O.C. for verification.

　　　　　　（３）國外學歷者請上傳「國外學歷送審教師資格修業情形一覽表」：請在招募系統中下載本表，填寫完後請印出紙本並親簽。再將親簽後的紙本上傳到系統，並將紙本正本寄至本系辦公室。

　　　　　　(C) For those with foreign master or doctoral degree, please upload the form “List of Status of Teacher Qualifications Submitted for Review by Foreign Education”(in Chinese): Please download this form from the recruitment system. After filling it out, please print out a hard copy and sign it in person. Then, please upload the signed paper copy(PDF format) to the system and then mail the original hard copy to the office of department of English.

　　　　　　（４）國外學歷者請上傳「入出國日期證明書」：請向移民署申請。如為外籍人士者免付。

　　　　　　 (D) For those with foreign master or doctoral degree, please upload the “Certificate of Entry and Exit Date”: Please apply for it to the Immigration Department. Exempt if you are not a citizen of the R.O.C.
